BOOKING FORM & NOTES (Please retain for reference purposes)

1. Any changes to the details shown on the booking form should be notified immediately in writing .

2. Please do NOT exceed 5 occupants in the apartment, regardless of age .

3. The apartment will be left in a clean and tidy condition for you. We ask that you leave it cleaned and tidied upon departure. A vacuum cleaner and other appliances are in the apartment for this purpose. (We may be able to put you in touch with someone who will do this job for you, for a fee.)

4. Please check the condition of the apartment and its contents as soon as you arive, and let us know if there are any problems. This will enable us to return the damage deposit to the previous occupants. The majority of the items on the inventory can be purchased at Arc 2000, 1800 or 1600 or in Bourg St Maurice - often from Intermarché or Super U. If you break or lose something and you're unable to replace it locally, PLEASE advise us as soon as possible.

5. Please return the keys immediately on return to the UK Please also complete and return the short questionnaire (sent with the keys and inventory). A stamped, addressed envelope will be provided.

6. Please do not enter the apartment before 1400 on the day of arrival and please vacate by 1300 on the day of departure.

7. Please have a super time and let us know of any problems. If you didn't enjoy your holiday - tell us . If you did enjoy your holiday TELL YOUR FRIENDS !

Cancellation or Changes

  We reserve the right to cancel your booking if not paid by 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. If you wish to cancel you must do so, in writing, whereupon the following charge will be made:

6 weeks notice - retain deposit.
4 weeks notice - retain 50% of total.
2 weeks notice - retain 60% of total.
On the day, or later - 100% retention.

If you wish to change the date (i) up to 6 weeks prior to the holiday, we will charge £25 (if we can find you an alternative date); (ii) less than 6 weeks prior to the holiday the cancellation rates will apply.

If we have to cancel we will repay in full and offer a discount off an alternative date if you so wish. Discounts are as follows:

Cancellation 8 weeks or more prior to holiday - none.

4 - 8 weeks. . . . . . . . £30

Less than 2 weeks. . .£50

INSURANCE

It is extremely important that you arrange adequate insurance for all members of your party, including cancellation insurance. We will be happy to discuss this with you if you wish.
